We don't believe in just throwing parts your vehicle hoping it will fix that noise, bump or rattle.

Although diagnosing issues can sometimes be one of the trickier aspects of the job, it's what gets us excited. Of course we have access to scan tools and other modern equipment that helps us in the diagnostic process. But mostly we draw on years of experience working with a variety of makes and models from Model T Fords to late model BMWs. That grinding noise that just seems like an annoyance to you tells us alot about what is happening in your car. Don't be surprised if you see us bent over the engine with our stethoscope having a deep listen to what's going on. Being very intune with cars for so many years means that we can identify a number of potentional causes during the test drive. By pulling all this information together and through a careful process of elimination there's not much that eludes us when it comes to diagnostics. Once we've found the issue we can devise a plan to get our car back to it's peak performance.

Quad Bike woes

When Neil contacted us about his quad bike that he uses around his property in Moggill he was at his wits end. He told Peter how he had several other mechanics look into what was causing his bike to be under powered and stalling. He had already spent over a thousand dollars on repairs to resolve the issue. Even more challenging was that every time he had to load the bike onto his trailer and take to the repairer. Peter was able to get a detailed history of the problem from Neil onsite at Neil's property. It took roughly half an hour of testing and exploration to discover the fuel pump was faulty and not providing enough pressure causing the issues Neil had described. Within a couple of days the parts were ordered and Peter returned to put Neil's bike back together. Neil reported that the bike had never run so well in all his time owning it. Through periodic maintenance and regular checks the bike is still running smoothly and used by Neil and his employees today.

By working closely with you to understand your needs we can help you make a plan to carry out repairs when and if they are needed.

We always use new parts to ensure the longevity of repairs optimising safety and reliability. Our repairs carry a 12 month warranty on parts and labour. When we complete a repair for you, you have peace of mind that your car will continue to offer protection and performance you can trust.
